Jessica Kelly SiobhanReilly Bio
Jessica Kelly Siobhan Reilly is an English actress. Her role in After Miss Julie, at the Donmar Warehouse (2003 from 2003 to 2004) was nominated her for an Laurence Olivier Award. Her TV and film credits include Eden Lake (2008) and Sherlock Holmes (2009). Reilly was born and was raised in Chessington as her mother was a receptionist from a hospital mother as well as Jack Kelly, a retired police officer. She attended Tolworth Girls' School in Kingston, where she studied the drama course for GCSE. Her grandparents are Irish. Reilly sent an email to producers of the television show Prime Suspect to ask for work, and six months later, she auditioned for part in an episode of Prime Suspect 4: Inner Circle, which was broadcast on ITV on May 7th, 1995. She was the lead character Kathleen Le Saux in 1996's episode of the period drama series "Bramwell". A few years later, she played with Helen Mirren on Last Orders. She was a part of Terry Johnson in four productions: Elton John's Glasses (1997), The London Cuckolds (1998), The Graduate (2000) and Piano/Forte (2006). Johnson wrote Piano/Forte for her and said, "Kelly is possibly the most natural, dyed-in the-wool deep-in-the bone actress I've collaborated with." Reilly states that Karel Resz, who directed her in The Yalta Game (Dublin) in 2001 she learned the most important aspects of acting. She added, "He was my masterclass." Without that performance, there is no way I would have been able to do Miss Julie.
